To support confident Christmas shopping, American Golf offers an extended returns policy for purchases made during the festive season. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights and our standard returns policy.
1. Eligibility PeriodGoods purchased online between Monday 7th October 2025 and Sunday 24th December 2025 are eligible for extended returns
.2. Exchange or CreditItems returned by close of business on Wednesday 31st January 2026 are eligible for:Exchange, orCredit in the form of a gift card or e-voucher. Returns after this date will not be accepted unless covered under statutory rights or warranty claims.
3. RefundsRefunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with our standard returns policy.Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.Purchases made using gift cards or vouchers will be refunded as a gift card or e-voucher.
4. ExclusionsThe following items are non-returnable under this policy (unless faulty):Goods made to a customer’s specificationsPersonalised itemsCustom-built productsThese exclusions are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
