Some of our deliveries will require a signature to be left, others will be left in a ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour unless the courier has been otherwise advised by the customer.
We strongly encourage our customer’s to update their delivery preferences directly with the courier to ensure a seamless delivery experience. Parcels can be diverted to various other places including Drop Off points should you not be available to take collection of your delivery. You can do this once you receive your shipping notification emails and subsequent emails sent to you directly from your specified courier.
