Some of our deliveries may require a signature upon receipt, while others may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, depending on the courier’s policy and any instructions they’ve received from you.
To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, we strongly encourage customers to update their delivery preferences directly with the courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification followed by emails directly from the courier (DPD or EVRi), which will allow you to:

Redirect your parcel to a Drop Off/Collection Point

Arrange delivery to a neighbour or alternate address
